Medical Office Assistant - PART-TIME

We are a well-established family practice clinic. We have 1 or 2 shifts a week. Flexible in terms of the exact hours' schedule.

Major job requirements/tasks:

- Experience with PS suite EMR is a PLUS

- General medical office experience is a plus (For Example: Greet patients, validate health cards and accurately obtain demographics, Schedule appointments and follow-up visits, Direct patients to exam rooms and assist with basic vitals as needed, Exam room set up, maintenance, and organization, Process electronic and paper documents (faxing, mailing, scanning) and maintain confidentiality, Promptly respond to calls and voicemails. Relay important messages)

- Work on MoH (Ministry of Health) billings - to be taught - experience is a PLUS
