What you will be doing

  • Warmly greet and welcome patients, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.
  • Provide excellent support to the referring dental and medical community.
  • Handle phone calls and emails, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain and update patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process payments, manage billing, and oversee financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with dental staff to optimize scheduling and maintain smooth patient flow.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Perform administrative duties, including filing, ordering supplies, and data entry.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

What you will bring

  • Experience providing face-to-face customer service to the general public.
  • A positive, welcoming, and professional attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in a dental office or completion of a dental assistant program an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
