CReATe Fertility London / London Women’s Health Care is a fertility and gynecology clinic directed by Dr. John McNaught and Nurse Practitioner Mira Daher. Supported by leading medical specialists, cutting edge technology and decades of expertise in providing personalized, comprehensive support for fertility journeys, CReATe Fertility London is a leader in IVF, IUI, and Natural Fertility Treatment.

Reporting to the office manager, the Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to Dr. John McNaught and nurse practitioner Mira Daher. This role performs a variety of administrative duties that require comprehensive knowledge of the department, use and/or access to confidential information; and coordinating a range of administrative activities to support the leaders and the clinic.

In this exciting opportunity, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice. The key responsibilities of this role will include assisting with administration duties and patient interaction, including but not limited to, scheduling, payment processing, promoting services, and collaborating with the clinicians within your scope, all while ensuring top-notch client service

Compensation:

  • Starting at $18.00-$20.00/hour with opportunity for increase after probationary period

Responsibilities:

  • Engage compassionately with our patients to ensure they feel heard, accommodated, and welcomed.
  • Efficiently handle all front desk tasks with pristine attention to detail, including but not limited to appointment scheduling, confirmations, billing and payment, and data entry.
  • Contribute to smooth clinic flow and overall success of the business by providing reliable administrative support, adhering to policies & procedures and participating in goal achievement.
  • Actively seek out opportunities to improve and expand our patients’ experience in the clinic, while assisting the management team to maximize clinic performance and growth.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years of Medical Office Administration/Reception experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of computer software products – Accuro EMR and an ability to learn and embrace new technologies
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and outside agencies
  • Demonstrated high quality, accurate work with databases and electronic record management
  • Solid work ethic, organizational skills and an ability to manage competing priorities while remaining efficient in your delivery
  • Self-motivated and action-oriented; a team player and who can work independently when required
  • Customer focused and responsive to the specific and unique needs of each working situation
  • Strong ability to be flexible and adaptable as priorities change daily
  • Demonstrated commitment to the principles of patient and family centered care
  • Demonstrated knowledge of and commitment to patient and staff safety
  • Demonstrated ability to attend work on a regular basis
