  • Collect patient information, verify insurance details, and update electronic medical records with accuracy.

  • Handle billing inquiries, process payments, and ensure all administrative records are maintained meticulously.
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while adhering to confidentiality standards related to medical and personal information.
