Fluency in another language isn't required but is a significant asset.

What you'll do

This role includes general administrative responsibilities, some treatment coordinating, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our front desk. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but we work as a team and help each other when needed.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday, plus alternating Saturdays.
  • Start time generally between 9:45 AM and 10:45 AM.
  • You'll alternate between earlier shifts (finishing around 5:00–6:00 PM) and closing shifts (approximately 7:00 PM).
  • Saturdays: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM.
