Hello!

We'll keep this simple.

We're looking for someone who is genuinely outgoing, kind, friendly, emotionally intelligent and enjoys making people feel welcome. Our practice has built a reputation for exceptional patient care and an incredibly positive atmosphere. Our patients notice it, and our team values it. We're looking for someone who naturally contributes to that environment.

The right person for this role is someone who:

  • Loves interacting with people and has a naturally positive, upbeat personality.
  • Has excellent emotional intelligence, strong instincts, and can read the room.
  • Communicates exceptionally well, both verbally and in writing.
  • Is absolutely fluent in English with excellent grammar and spelling.
  • Takes initiative and looks for ways to help without waiting to be asked.
  • Is organized, manages time well, and stays calm when things get busy.
  • Takes direction well while also working independently.
  • Is mature, dependable, professional, and accountable.

Fluency in another language isn't required but is a significant asset.

What you'll do

This role includes general administrative responsibilities, some treatment coordinating, and supporting the day-to-day operations of our front desk. Everyone has their own responsibilities, but we work as a team and help each other when needed.

Schedule

  • Full-time
  • Monday to Friday, plus alternating Saturdays.
  • Start time generally between 9:45 AM and 10:45 AM.
  • You'll alternate between earlier shifts (finishing around 5:00–6:00 PM) and closing shifts (approximately 7:00 PM).
  • Saturdays: 8:30 AM–3:00 PM.

What we offer

  • Above-market compensation for the right candidate.
  • Dental care
  • A genuinely positive, supportive, respectful, and drama-free team culture.
  • Fun staff outings and team events throughout the year.
  • Opportunities for professional growth as our practice continues to expand.

Before you apply

We're looking for someone who is excited to become part of our team - not someone simply looking for any job. To help us identify applicants who have taken the time to read the posting, we've included a password. Your password is: Smiling. You'll be asked for it in the application questions.

Please answer all of the application questions thoughtfully, as they are an important part of our hiring process.

Only applicants selected to move forward will be contacted.

Pay: $27.00-$42.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • Company events
  • Dental care
  • On-site parking

  • Where are you located?
  • What made you decide to apply after reading this posting?
