Full job description

Requirements:

- Must speak English fluently, Vietnamese/Chinese Language(s) is beneficial

- Must be Computer/Internet Proficient

Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in patients at the front desk of the medical office
- Schedule appointments and manage the physician's calendar
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct calls to the appropriate staff member
- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (EMR) system
- Verify insurance information and assist with billing and coding processes
- Coordinate referrals to specialists and follow-up appointments
- Handle administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents

Skills:
- Proficient in front desk operations and customer service
- Experience working in a medical office setting is preferred
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
