Residential HVAC Sales Representative

Position Overview

The Sales Representative is an in-person Residential HVAC Sales Advisor responsible for conducting in-home consultations, designing heat pump systems, presenting financing options, and closing residential projects. All appointments are pre-qualified, pre-scheduled and provided by the company.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct homeowner consultations

- Review home layouts, photos, and energy usage

- Present Good / Better / Best system options

- Explain rebates and financing programs clearly

- Close sales during scheduled consultations

- Document all activity accurately in CRM

- Coordinate smooth handoff to installation team

Required Qualifications

- Previous in-home or virtual high-ticket sales experience
