Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with referring dentists, specialists, healthcare providers, and community organizations.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase patient referrals and practice growth.
- Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to dental professionals and referral partners.
- Represent the practice at networking events, health fairs, and community outreach programs.
- Track sales activities, referrals, and business development efforts.
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
- Develop and execute marketing and referral growth strategies.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred (healthcare or dental industry experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Strong networking and business development abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
