Fluid Workforce Solutions delivers workforce solutions across professional industries throughout Canada and the United States. We partner with clients to provide high-quality talent and seamless recruitment support.

Role Overview

As an Account Recruitment Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while developing and growing a portfolio of client accounts. This role combines business development, client relationship management, and full-cycle recruitment. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, expanding existing partnerships, and delivering exceptional hiring solutions from intake through placement.

No previous recruitment experience? No problem. We're looking for motivated individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and aren't afraid to pick up the phone. We'll provide the training and support—you bring the drive to learn and succeed.

Preference will be given to candidates in the Greater Toronto Area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new client relationships through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and other business development activities
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client hiring needs, workforce challenges, and long-term recruitment strategies
  • Present Fluid's recruitment and workforce solutions to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and hiring managers
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing communication
  • Stay informed on market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
  • Meet or exceed activity and performance goals related to business development, client growth, and account management
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake through placement and onboarding
  • Partner with clients to understand hiring priorities, timelines, and role requirements
  • Source and engage active and passive candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, referrals, and other sourcing strategies
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
  • Present qualified candidates to clients with detailed profiles and recommendations
  • Prepare candidates for interviews and provide coaching throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, negotiate offers, and manage the hiring process through to acceptance
  • Provide regular updates to clients on candidate pipelines, recruitment progress, and market insights
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

What You Bring

  • A genuine interest in recruitment, sales, business development, or helping people find meaningful careers
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence speaking with people over the phone, email, and video
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and rapport
  • A self-motivated mindset with the drive to achieve goals and continuously improve
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and proactively reaching out to candidates and prospective clients
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
  • High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable learning new technology, including ATS platforms, CRM systems, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, sales, administration, or another people-focused role is considered an asset, but is not required
