Outside Sales Representative

We’re growing—and we need you.

Are you a motivated sales professional who thrives on independence and uncapped earning potential? We’re looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to represent market-leading plastic surgical supplies and build, and maintain, lasting relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers.

This is a field-based, commission-only role for entrepreneurial-minded professionals who want the freedom to run their own business—while being backed by trusted, in-demand products and a professional team of industry veterans.

What You’ll Do

  • Get out in the field: Visit surgeons, surgical centers, and hospitals in person to grow and maintain relationships.
  • Deliver solutions: Present, promote, and sell a portfolio of premium-quality surgical products face-to-face.
  • Own your strategy: Manage your schedule, territory, and growth approach with complete autonomy.
  • Maximize results: Earn unlimited commissions based on your performance.

  • Pharma reps know their drugs and typically are dealing with general doctors offices and not surgeon specific organizations
