The Role:

We’re looking for a Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Your role would include assisting the sales team in achieving targets while supporting the planning and execution of marketing initiatives. This role bridges sales operations and marketing efforts to ensure smooth customer engagement and business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Answer customer inquiries with professionalism and flair
  • Reach out to new clients
  • Provide product information, pricing, and availability
  • Assist with marketing materials and social media content
  • Travel across Canada for tri-annual tradeshows
  • Stay up-to-date on our products and the latest in medical aesthetics

Who You Are:

  • Experienced in sales and marketing (bonus if you’ve worked in medical aesthetics)
  • Bilingual: French & English
  • Tech-savvy: Comfortable with computers; experience with CIN7, Shopify, Photoshop, Gmail, and/or Canva is a plus
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and a natural problem-solver
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
  • Excited about travel within Canada
