They focus on eye disease with eye health evaluation testing for glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, and other leading causes of vision loss.

They are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Regional Parter Development Lead to support the continued growth of a healthcare screening program serving primary care medical facilities. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in business development who thrives on building strong physician relationships and expanding community presence.

This position plays a key role in strengthening partnerships with medical practices, serving more patients and supporting strategic growth initiatives within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities

Outreach & Relationship Development:

Serve as the primary point of contact between the organization and prospective physician partners.

Identify and engage primary care physicians, clinic owners, and medical facilities through consultative outreach.

Develop and nurture strong professional relationships to encourage participation in an on-site eye disease screening program.

Conduct in-person visits to medical practices, community health centres, and related healthcare environments.

Maintain consistent, professional follow-up to build trust and long-term collaboration.

Deliver a positive and professional experience during all outreach efforts, including cold calling.

Marketing & Community Engagement

Identify and coordinate participation in regional promotional events, health fairs, and ocular health awareness initiatives.

Increase program visibility and identify new partnership opportunities within the healthcare community.

Support special projects designed to enhance market presence and brand profile.

Administration & Reporting

Maintain accurate sales funnel documentation and activity tracking.

Collect data and assist in developing market analysis reports related to demographics and business trends.

Maintain thorough knowledge of program operations, procedures, and services to ensure accurate communication.

Stay current on industry and technical developments to effectively engage healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of business development experience.

Strong relationship-building and consultative sales skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within the region.
