Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative / Sales Manager to join our growing team in a start up company. This role involves developing new business opportunities, closing ,managing client relationships, and driving sales growth across various sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and experience in B2B sales, marketing, and customer service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead sales team development initiatives, expand market presence, and contribute to the company's overall success.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking within target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Present products and services effectively to potential clients, demonstrating value propositions tailored to their needs.
  • Manage sales cycle from product presentations to closing deals, including negotiations and contract finalization.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Utilize CRM tools such as Pipedrive to track sales activities, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic planning.
