We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Senior Sales to join our growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engage with customers in our showroom, by phone, email, and through B2B sales channels
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with spa owners, salon operators, estheticians, wellness professionals, and medical spa clients
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
  • Present products, conduct demonstrations, and recommend customized solutions based on client needs
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain an active sales pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Provide product knowledge, guidance, and after-sales support
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain professional showroom standards and stay up to date on product knowledge

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent customer relationship-building abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in beauty, spa, salon, wellness, aesthetic, medical, or related industries
  • Experience with B2B sales and business development
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage leads and sales activities
  • Existing network within the beauty, wellness, or spa industry
  • Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are considered an asset
