  • Using in-field CRM software to track leads and assessments

  • Attic Insulation Jobs: $300 – $500+ per project size
  • Mold Remediation Jobs: $100 – $300+ per project (depending on scope and size)

Performance Bonuses:

  • Weekly Bonuses: $500 – $800+ for hitting sales targets
  • Monthly Bonuses: for top performers
  • Sales Trip Bonus: based on activity and performance

Average Earnings:

  • Entry-Level: $60,000 – $80,000/year
  • Mid-Level: $80,000 – $90,000/year
  • Top Performers: $90,000+
