Role Title: Recruiter

Location: Toronto, ON (100% Remote)

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Recruiter to join our team to support our US healthcare book of business. As a part of this role, you will be hiring healthcare professions 100s of hospital across the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using diverse recruitment channels.
  • Screen and interview candidates to evaluate their qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate with senior recruiters to understand client requirements and contribute to strategic hiring plans.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and assist in managing client interactions.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years in recruiting (agency or corporate).
  • Experience in healthcare recruitment.
  • Past experience with North American recruitment/market
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms.
