We are currently seeking a full-time Patient Success Coordinator to join our team in Calgary, AB.

Reporting to the Client Services Manager or designate, the Patient Success Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing support and assistance to patients who are seeking solutions for sleep-related issues. This position involves a combination of sales and customer service responsibilities, with a focus on helping customers find the right sleep therapy products and services to improve their sleep quality and overall well-being as well as long term follow up with existing patients to ensure continued success with their sleep therapy.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Educate patients on sleep health, sleep therapy options, and related equipment including CPAP machines, masks, and accessories.
  • Review sleep test results with patients and help guide them through recommended treatment options in collaboration with the clinical team.
  • Support patients with insurance coverage, financing options, and coordination of services.
  • Assist patients in selecting sleep therapy products and provide recommendations based on their individual needs.
  • Provide basic technical support and guidance on sleep therapy equipment setup, maintenance, and compliance monitoring.
  • Build strong patient relationships through ongoing follow-up, support, and a “Patient for Life” approach to care.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation using CRM and EMR systems while ensuring confidentiality and privacy compliance.
  • Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and operational teams to deliver a seamless patient experience and achieve team goals.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development related to sleep therapy, customer service, and sales.

What you bring:

  • Post-secondary education in healthcare, business, or a related field is considered an asset
  • 2+ years of experience in a patient-facing, customer service, or sales-focused role
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain medical and technical information clearly and empathetically
  • Experience with consultative sales, including upselling and cross-selling products or services
  • Knowledge of sleep therapy or CPAP equipment is an asset
  • Familiarity with insurance processes and coverage verification is preferred
  • Proficiency using CRM and EMR systems
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and basic technical troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accurate documentation
  • Ability to manage confidential information in accordance with privacy standards
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong focus on patient experience and outcomes
  • Results-oriented with the ability to meet performance goals and targets
