We are committed to helping our clients grow their businesses and improve patient care by delivering exceptional products and training. Looking for someone currently in aesthetics, bonus has been a rep selling laser machines, and medical skincare.

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative and Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing client relationships, driving sales, and delivering training to medical professionals on our products and devices. This role is critical to expanding our presence in the medical aesthetics and skincare industries. This is a full weekday 8am - 5pm position. (some weekends for events)

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Client Management:

  • Develop, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients, including medi spas, doctors, nurses, and aestheticians.
  • Promote and sell our range of medical skincare products, training courses, and medical equipment.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities within the medical aesthetics field.
  • Manage accounts, including handling orders, providing product consultations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Manage Social Media Accounts

Training & Product Education:

  • Deliver comprehensive product and equipment training to clients, either in person or via virtual sessions.
  • Educate clients on the proper usage, benefits, and protocols of medical devices and skincare products.
  • Stay current on industry trends, new technologies, and product developments to provide the most up-to-date information.

Logistics & Support:

  • Assist clients with equipment setup and provide ongoing technical support for the proper operation of medical devices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely product delivery, stock levels, and order fulfillment.
  • Attend industry conferences, seminars, and events to represent Medika Beauty Institute and network with potential clients.

Qualifications:

Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales, preferably in the medical aesthetics, skincare, or medical equipment industries.
  • Experience in training or education is highly desirable.
  • MUST have a proven client base

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of medical skincare products and medical devices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to train and educate a variety of clients.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and customer service.

Education:

  • A diploma in a related field (e.g., aesthetics) is preferred, but not required.
  • Certification or training in medical aesthetics is a plus.

Other Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (travel will be required), you must ahve your own vehicle
  • Willingness to travel to clients' locations for training and sales meetings.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Strong Social Media knowledge, and posting growing social media accounts.
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Pay: $55,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
