Medical Sales Representative

WHO WE ARE

The Medical team of NAOS Canada is looking for a Medical Sales Representative who is eager to grow with the company and build a long-term career within the organization.


WHO WE LOOK FOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Sales or a scientist background
  • Relevant experience in sales, representation, or merchandising within the skincare or medical field is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
  • Strong business acumen with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Natural leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, digital platforms, and order entry software.
  • Proven prospecting skills and ability to develop and grow a customer portfolio.
  • Established network of contacts within the spa industry is an asset.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and strong customer focus.

Technical & Operational Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and availability for regular travel.
  • Proficiency in computer tools, particularly MS Office.
  • Fluency in French or English, depending on the region; bilingualism is an asset.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Your main responsibilities will include:


  • BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:
  • Develop local action plans based on national and regional objectives
  • Analyze results, implement corrective and development actions
  • Regularly monitors the commercial performance of medical ranges in order to adjust the local strategy

  • MEDICAL SALES MANAGEMENT:
  • Generate brand awareness within the targeted medical communities
  • Generate brand prescriptions from the targeted medical communities
  • Regular visits to our customers in order to generate prescriptions, by detailing the product characteristics, advantages and patients benefits
  • Provide samples and trade size products to HCP and major healthcare centers of the territory

  • PR ACTIVITIES
  • Plan and execute different types of PR activities with Key opinion leaders, patient associations, dermatologists and GP pools to build strong partnership
  • Develop a close relationship with the KOLs of the territory
  • Organize and participate in major scientific events on the territory, as well as in rest of Canada, Europe and US if needed
  • Identify high potential HCP to develop them as speakers for the company

  • OTHER ATIVITIES
  • In charge of the communication to the dermatologists, pediatrics and GP doctors of different projects as the scientific events, congresses, symposiums… etc.
  • Share relevant information to develop synergy within the medical team
  • Regular reporting of the activities on the field
  • Monitor competition by gathering information on their new launches, healthcare professionals’ feedbacks
  • Provide competitive intelligence feedback to the hierarchy
