Full job description

About NUVIOR

NUVIOR is a Canadian medical aesthetics company representing some of the most respected names in the industry, holding exclusive Canadian distribution across leading aesthetic and dermatology brands. We combine premium products with hands-on clinical education, supporting practitioners across the country through our distribution network and national training academy.

We are expanding our sales team and hiring a Medical Aesthetics Sales Representative to build and grow our Alberta territory.

The Role

As a Sales Representative, you will own your regional territory, building relationships with dermatologists, cosmetic physicians, plastic surgeons, and medical aesthetic clinics. You will introduce our product portfolio, support clients through education and training, and drive revenue growth in your region. This is a field-based role suited to a self-motivated professional who thrives on building long-term client relationships in a premium, science-led market.

What You'll Do

- Develop and manage a portfolio of clinic and physician accounts across Alberta

- Identify new business opportunities and grow the client base within your territory

- Present our product portfolio to medical professionals in a clear, educational, and consultative way

- Coordinate with our training academy to support clients with product education

- Meet and exceed sales targets and territory growth goals

- Represent NUVIOR at industry events, conferences, and training sessions

- Maintain accurate account records and provide regular pipeline reporting

What We're Looking For

- Prior experience in medical aesthetics, medical device, pharmaceutical, or dermatology sales strongly preferred

- Proven track record in B2B or outside sales, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a field-based role

- Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel within your territory

- Post-secondary education in a business, science, or health-related field is an asset

What We Offer

- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission

- Exclusive, premium product portfolio in a growing market

- Ongoing product and clinical education through our national training academy

- Career growth opportunities within an expanding Canadian company

- Supportive, results-focused team environment

NUVIOR is an equal opportunity employer. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates. Accommodations are available on request throughout the recruitment process.

Important, please read before applying

This is a field, territory and road based B2B sales role. You would visit 8 to 15 clinics per day, with over 85 percent of your time on the road, selling our professional lines to clinics, dermatologists, med spas and physicians.

Coming from inside the industry is welcome. If you have worked in a spa, for a physician or for a dermatologist, we want to hear from you. If you have not done field or road based sales before, that is fine, but please include a short first 90 days plan with your application. In a few sentences, tell us what you would do in your first 90 days to build the territory and get on the road.

This is not an in house clinic, spa or retail beauty position, and it is not an inside or call centre sales role.

To be considered you must be legally able to work in Canada and currently living in Alberta, own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid Class 5 licence, and be able and willing to visit 8 to 15 clinics per day with over 85 percent of your time on the road.

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Application question(s):

  • This role requires visiting 8 to 15 clinics per day on the road. How many clinics are you able and willing to visit per day?
  • This is a local field role based in your own region. You would spend most of each workday in your car, driving from one clinic to the next within your territory. On a typical workday, what share of your day are you comfortable being on the road driving clinic to clinic: 50 percent, 70 percent, 85 percent, or 100 percent?

Experience:

  • medical aesthetics: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
