Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and experienced Nurses who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals seeking recovery. The ideal candidates will possess strong clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing holistic care that addresses both physical and emotional well-being.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough health assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations, to formulate accurate diagnoses.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, documenting all interactions, assessments, and interventions.
  • Foster a compassionate and nonjudgmental environment that promotes trust and open communication.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in addiction medicine, mental health, or related field is preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills with the ability to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect with patients and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Empathetic approach and understanding of the challenges faced by individuals in recovery.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical record systems and basic computer skills.
  • Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards.
