Your tasks

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a warm, professional manner
  • Coordinating patient bookings and managing the schedule
  • Answering phones and directing calls
  • Assisting patients with questions, both on the phone and in the office
  • Educating patients on the product lines and procedures we offer
  • Using our booking and client management systems to keep patient records accurate and up to date
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

  • Some experience in the aesthetic industry (medical aesthetics, med spa, skin clinic or similar)
  • A high level of computer proficiency, with the ability to learn new software quickly and work comfortably across multiple systems
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a friendly, professional and polished presence
  • A team player who works well with others
  • Reliable attendance and an energetic, positive attitude
  • The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • A high standard of professionalism and personal presentation
  • Weekend Availability

Experience

  • Aesthetic industry: some experience (required)
  • Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
  • Experience with scheduling or CRM software is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
