Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Specialist, where you will play a vital role in optimizing the management and utilization of electronic health records. You will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless integration of EMR systems with healthcare processes, ultimately improving patient care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Preparing documents: Removing staples, fixing torn pages, and organizing files by date or patient name.

Requirements

• Skills: Strong computer literacy, typing skills, and high attention to detail to avoid filing errors.
• Experience: Previous office administration or scanning experience helps, though we will provide on-the-job training
• Scanning and indexing: Using high-volume scanners and naming digital files using strict hospital naming rules.
• Quality checks: Reviewing digital images to make sure text is clear and easy to read.
• Data entry: Inputting patient data into electronic databases while keeping strict privacy rules.

Join us to be at the forefront of healthcare technology innovation! This is a temp job that will end when you have successfully scanned in all our pateint files into our EMR system. Expected duration to complete the job = 1 month. You will be working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. We are open to negoating working on Saturdays as well.

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
