Dental Receptionist – Growth & Leadership Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Dental Receptionist who is confident, professional, and interested in growing into a future leadership or management role within our organization.

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with patients and team members, takes initiative, and communicates well.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm, professional experience for patients
  • Manage scheduling and help maintain a productive daily schedule
  • Use Dentrix for appointments, patient records, billing, and account management
  • Coordinate insurance estimates, predeterminations, claims, and payments
  • Follow up on treatment plans, outstanding balances, and unscheduled appointments
  • Communicate effectively with dentists, clinical team members, and patients
  • Assist with daily administrative operations and problem-solving

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous dental reception experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Dentrix
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
  • Confidence taking initiative and solving problems
  • Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow professionally
  • Interest in developing into a leadership or office management position
