Our office is seeking an outgoing and professional Dental Administrator to join our team. The elected candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a high volume, multi-provider dental clinic with experience in insurance EFT entry, hygiene coordination, treatment planning. A thorough understanding of industry standards is a must.

Duties

  • Effective Communication with the Team and Patients
  • Accurately bill patients, submit claims to insurance companies, and collect patient portions
  • Enter Insurance Payments/EFTs accurately and follow-up accordingly
  • Resolve patient queries in an efficient and timely manner
  • Contribute to maintaining a full schedule effectively by doing daily outbound calls

Skills

  • Proficiency with Dentrix
  • Strong knowledge of dental practice flow and standards
  • Excellent data entry/ EFT entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective Problem Solving
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, including professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to clearly direct the patient experience
  • Ability to work individually and within a team environment

This position offer is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate._ A minimum of 1 Saturday/mth and 1 evening shift availability will be required._
