Echelon Wellness is a patient-focused organization striving to enhance the health and well-being of specialized populations through patient care. Our focus is on providing exemplary physical and mental health care for military veterans.

Echelon Wellness is seeking a medical receptionist to join our team in the Ottawa region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and checking patients in
  • Scheduling treatment appointments, preparing patients files
  • Meet daily operational requirements
  • Data entry
  • Effectively communicate with clinical staff and patients alike
  • Proficient in Microsoft office; word, excel specifically
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Working with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)

Proficiencies in both French and English is an asset in meeting patient services.
