Full job description

Bespoke Skin MD in Kingston offers the complete range of medical and cosmetic treatments for skin, body and hair. We offer medical services covered under OHIP including skin cancer treatment. We also offer cosmetic skin services from medical grade skin care products, chemical peels, facials, laser procedures, body contouring, hair restoration and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures.

We are looking for a full-time receptionist for a busy medical and cosmetic plastic surgery clinic. Duties include, but are not limited to: greeting clients, checking in for appointments, booking appointments, answering phone and email inquiries, keeping the waiting room/client washroom tidy, opening and closing the clinic, retail sales of skincare products, restocking rooms, assisting with patient photography and preparation.

Must have excellent communication skills. Must have knowledge of word processing, social media, email, electronic medical records. Working knowledge of OHIP billing is ideal.

Interest in the beauty industry is a must!

Must have valid CPIC for vulnerable sector work.

Pay: $17.76-$22.00 per hour
