Job Overview

We are looking for a full time Dental Administrator/Receptionist to join our dental team.

We are a well established patient-centered general practice with amazing team support. The position will involve all aspects of daily operations including scheduling, billing and checking insurance breakdowns to help ensure proper flow of patient care.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of Dental Administrator/Receptionist experience and be proficient with Dentrix, although not required. The position requires good communication in a team setting and attention to detail.

Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment are required.

A strong understanding of insurance and insurance breakdowns is needed.
