What You’ll Do:
As our Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of Oasis Orthodontics, helping patients feel at home from the moment they call or walk in. You’ll be responsible for:

Reception & Communication:

  • Answering phone calls, responding to texts and emails with professionalism and warmth.
  • Greeting patients and ensuring they feel welcome and informed.
  • Supporting the new patient process by guiding them through their first steps with us.

Scheduling & Organization:

  • Managing the appointment calendar efficiently and accurately.
  • Coordinating schedules between patients, clinical staff, and the orthodontist.
  • Handling opening and closing duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Teamwork & Growth:

  • Assisting the treatment team with administrative support when needed.
  • Participating in team huddles and ongoing training.
  • Playing a key role in maintaining a calm, organized, and happy environment for staff and patients alike.
