Charm Dental Brentwood is looking for a goal-driven yet experienced dental front desk staff to join our team.

Our ideal candidate would be someone who:

  • Shows caring and empathy towards patients.
  • Able to maintain professionalism when handling challenging situations.
  • Able to proactively help out team members when needed.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Korean
  • Proficiency in Tracker software is REQUIRED.
  • Proficiency in handling insurance claims, pre-authorizations and accounts receivables.
  • Be able to work on Weekends
