Experienced Full-Time Dental Receptionist – Group Oral Surgery Practice

We are a busy, well-established group oral surgery practice seeking a full-time Dental Receptionist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to begin their career in a professional, supportive clinical environment.

Available Locations:

  • Yaletown
  • Port Coquitlam
  • North Vancouver

Work of Hours:

  • Monday to Friday (No weekends)

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with a patient-focused attitude
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Handle phone inquiries and correspondence
  • Maintain accurate patient records
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth daily operations
