Our growing General Anesthetic practice is looking to add another Scheduling Coordinator to our exceptional team. We are a friendly, fast paced office that takes pride in our strong office culture, where we are able to balance professionalism and fun.

Monday to Friday 7:15am-3:45pm NO EVENINGS, NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients in a professional and friendly manner
- Ensure Schedule is full
- Send and process insurance claims, collect patient balances
- Process out of town Referrals

Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and empathy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- RDA certification a plus but not required
- Previous experience working in a dental office and familiar with GOLD software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
