Full job description

Crossroads Mobility Solutions is looking for a friendly, reliable, and hands-on team member to join our growing medical equipment and mobility store.

We are a locally owned company serving Surrey, Delta, White Rock, and Langley, helping seniors and individuals with mobility challenges find the right equipment and support with care and compassion.

Responsibilities:

  • Clerical tasks, paperwork, and posting of invoices/documents
  • Greet and assist customers in our showroom
  • Help clients choose appropriate mobility and medical equipment
  • Prepare, clean, maintain, and distribute rental equipment
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the showroom
  • Perform minor repairs and adjustments on small pieces of equipment
  • Assist with inventory organization and general shop duties
  • Work closely with our team to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable learning about medical and mobility equipment
  • Comfortable working with seniors and people with disabilities
  • Organized and able to multitask in a busy environment
  • Basic computer and clerical skills
  • Ability to lift and move lightweight to moderate equipment
  • Experience in medical equipment, retail, healthcare, or customer service is an asset, but we are willing to train the right person
