Full job description

Our modern dental office is looking for a professional, friendly and organized dental receptionist to join our team! We're looking for someone who enjoys helping patients, thrives in a busy environment, and brings a positive attitude to work every day. This position is permanent full time. No evenings or weekends.

Duties;

-Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/out

-Schedule and audit appointments efficiently

-Answer calls and respond to patient inquiries

-Handle insurance claims and billing

-Fluent with Word and Excel

-Keep our front desk running smoothly

-Assist with DDS if needed

Previous dental experience is preferred. Experience with Abeldent as asset but we are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication and multitasking skills required.
