Full job description

Eagle Ridge Veterinary Hospital is looking for a friendly, compassionate Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our close-knit, supportive team. Our CSRs are the welcoming face of our hospital and play a big role in helping pets and their people feel comfortable, heard, and cared for.

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet clients and pets with kindness, warmth, and professionalism
  • Answer phones, schedule appointments, and keep the front desk running smoothly
  • Communicate clearly and calmly with clients and the medical team
  • Support Fear Free, patient-focused care
  • Handle invoicing, client records, and daily administrative tasks
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming hospital
