The Role

As a Patient Coordinator, you are the first impression and ongoing connection for our patients. You will play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey, from initial inquiry to case acceptance, while delivering a seamless and elevated patient experience.

This role blends customer service excellence with sales confidence, ensuring patients feel informed, supported, and excited about their care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls with professionalism, warmth, and confidence
  • Convert inquiries into booked appointments through effective communication
  • Coordinate patient schedules efficiently to maximize clinical productivity
  • Present treatment plans and financial options clearly and confidently
  • Follow up with patients to support case acceptance and continuity of care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure a smooth patient journey

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, and people-focused:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in customer service and/or sales with Dental or healthcare experience is an asset
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Superior telephone skills with the ability to build trust quickly
  • Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable using computers, practice management software, and digital tools
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
