We’re Hiring: Experienced Dental Receptionist

Komal Jain Dentistry is looking for a dental receptionist with a minimum 2 year of Canadian dental clinic experience to join our team.

Requirements (Must-Have):

  • Minimum 2 year Canadian dental receptionist experience
  • Proficient in dental software (must)
  • Strong experience in outreach calls, booking patients, and handling leads
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls and managing patient inquiries
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Outreach to existing patients and new leads
  • Insurance verification and billing coordination
  • Managing patient records and front desk operations
  • General administrative and clinic support duties

Important:
❗ Do not apply if you do not have Canadian dental receptionist experience. Applications without relevant experience will be rejected.
