We are seeking a professional, organized, and energetic Medical Receptionist to join our state-of-the-art medical practice. If you thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment and have a passion for patient care, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage patient appointments for physicians and practitioners
  • Process accounts receivable and follow up on third-party payments
  • Handle general office administration, including payroll, scheduling, and reporting
  • Maintain an organized and efficient front desk and office environment
  • Assist with promotional programs and manage supply orders
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors

What We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • IM Certification is required
  • Minimum 3 years of secretarial/administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Suites)
  • Experience with medical software (e.g., Oscar) is an asset
  • Typing speed of 30 WPM and proficiency in 10-key by touch
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work independently
