Experienced Receptionist - PHYSIOTHERAPY - Part Time

Dundas 427 Physiotherapy is a well established multidisciplinary clinic located in Mississauga, ON (Dundas St E & HWY 427).

Our clinic nurtures a positive and supportive environment.

As we grow, we are looking for an experienced Part-Time Receptionist to join our growing team of multidisciplinary professionals.

Key Qualifications/ Primary Duties:

  • High School Diploma; Diploma / Certificate in Medical Office Administration
  • Experience with Jane App
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist in a physiotherapy clinic
  • Experience with EHC billing is required
  • Detail oriented, reliable and committed to providing outstanding patient care
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently
  • Complete reception tasks accurately and in a timely manner
  • Assist patients with initial paperwork, verify insurance coverage and eligibility
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, submit claims to insurance companies
  • Maintain equipment and ensure the therapy area is clean and organized
  • Day, evening and weekend availability
