Salary: Depending on experience

Skills and Education: Minimum: completion of high school, college university grads preferred

Experience: Medical or Ophthalmic preferred, retail an asset

Job *Description*:

Booking appointments, receiving patients, retinal imaging, sterilizing loading rooms. Navigating the paperless exam records. Maintaining interface with tech support for medical equipment. Maintenance of medical equipment.

Dispensing of glasses, frame stylist, lens recommendations, adjustments, repairs, and adjustments, writing up and confirming orders to and from the lab , frame represtative meeting, managing board, booking appointments ( OD office pro) pretesting, invoicing, insurance forms .

All training will be done in house.

Hours: Weekdays, evenings and Saturday mornings

Skills: team player, flexible, social. hardworking, attention to detail, very busy and must be able to multi-task and move quickly, combination of sitting, standing and walking, must be able to lead and follow. Must be caring and have strong computer skills.
