Job Summary
We are seeking a high energy, positive person with a zest for customer interaction and satisfaction. The right candidate will be highly organized and personable Front Desk Coordinator to join our team.

This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth daily operations at our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency with office software, and experience in customer support environments, including medical or dental offices. The Front Desk Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, handling inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly, creating a welcoming environment
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Perform data entry tasks
  • Handle filing, record keeping, and document proofreading to ensure organizational accuracy
  • Assist with administrative duties such as mail distribution, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to promote a professional atmosphere
  • Collaborate with team members to improve office procedures and enhance overall efficiency

Skills
