Job Summary:

Are you the kind of person who lights up a room? We are looking for a warm, organized, and experienced Dental Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our well-established family dental practice in the heart of central Etobicoke.

At Burnhamthorpe Dental, we have built a reputation for compassionate, high-quality care for families, children, and seniors. Our team genuinely enjoys coming to work — and we want you to feel the same. We move at a brisk pace, but we always make time for each other and for our patients.

Your Schedule

  • Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Fridays: Off
  • Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Enjoy your Fridays off — every week.

What You will Do

  • Be the first smile patients see — greeting them with genuine warmth and putting them at ease
  • Schedule and confirm appointments with accuracy using Logitech/Paradigm software
  • Manage patient records, consent forms, and treatment schedules with care and precision
  • Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and proactively book appointments
  • Verify insurance coverage and process payments smoothly
  • Keep the reception area tidy, organized, and welcoming
  • Work in sync with our dental team to keep the day flowing seamlessly
  • Help out in Steri , Room Set up and Assisting when needed.

What You Bring

  • Prior experience as a Dental Receptionist or administrative professional in a dental/medical office
  • Comfort with dental terminology and practice management software (Logitech/Paradigm experience is a plus)
  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills — you thrive when things are busy
  • A professional, friendly communication style with patients and colleagues alike
  • A team-first attitude and a genuine commitment to patient care
