Full job description

We are a busy, fast-paced cosmetic and dermatology clinic seeking an experienced and highly motivated Front Desk Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate has over 2 years of experience, is confident in a client-facing role, and thrives in a dynamic clinical environment.

Schedule:
Full-time position with alternating Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a warm, professional, and efficient manner
  • Manage scheduling, bookings, and appointment confirmations
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries with clear and professional communication
  • Provide guidance on treatments, services, and skincare products
  • Support in-clinic sales and contribute to revenue goals
  • Assist with social media (content creation, posting, and engagement)
  • Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
  • Maintain an organized, polished, and welcoming front desk
  • Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently throughout the day

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a medical aesthetic or dermatology clinic
  • Strong communication skills with professional and polished language
  • Social media savvy (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
  • Self-starter with a proactive, “on-the-ball” attitude
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Open to learning and growing within the role
  • Sales-oriented mindset with confidence in client interactions
