Job Overview

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Radiologic Technologist, where you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality diagnostic imaging services. Your expertise in operating imaging equipment and understanding medical terminology will help physicians accurately diagnose and treat patients. Duties

  • Prepare patients for radiologic procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort and safety
  • Operate imaging equipment such as X-ray with precision and care
  • Follow established safety protocols to minimize radiation exposure for patients and staff
  • Accurately position patients to obtain optimal images for diagnosis
  • Maintain detailed records of procedures performed, including technical details and patient information
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality imaging results
  • Adhere to all medical policies, including infection control, patient confidentiality, and safety standards

Requirements

  • Certification or licensure as a Radiologic Technologist ( CAMRT or equivalent)
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy
  • Proven experience operating diagnostic imaging equipment
  • Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly to patients
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics
  • Flexibility to work various days as needed
