· Provide transparent, data-driven updates (progress, blockers, risks) to leadership and external partners.
· Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical realities.
Risk Management & Quality Assurance
· Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks (data quality, migration complexity, technical debt, resourcing, integration dependencies).
· Ensure quality standards are upheld across all components of the program, including configuration, data migration, feature delivery, and documentation.
· Enforce adherence to best practices around data integrity, cloud reliability, and enterprise compliance.
Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement
· Use metrics (cycle time, throughput, defect trends, delivery predictability) to optimize program performance.
· Drive continuous improvement across project delivery, engineering practices, and cross-team collaboration.
· Contribute to the company's broader delivery methodology, especially where data onboarding.
Required Qualifications:
Experience
· 3+ years of experience managing complex, multi-team, cross-functional SaaS programs.
