Responsibilities:

  • You will be able to read and understand civil construction drawings
  • You will be able to read and understand contract documents
  • Be computer literate
  • You will frequently be dealing with engineers and consultants. This means that you need to be professional, and must have a certain social temperament. You must demonstrate interpersonal skills and be good at communicating with clients, consultants, project managers and foremen.
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
  • Be able to multi-task.
  • Be detail-oriented and be able to stay organized in order to deliver your projects on time.
  • Set your own priorities, set goals, meet deadlines, and get your projects done on time.
  • Regularly meet with your managers to discuss the progress of your project.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
