Overview

Join our dynamic dental team as a Dental Administrator, where your energy and organizational skills will help create a welcoming environment for patients and support the smooth operation of our dental practice. Duties

  • Greet patients warmly, check them in efficiently, and manage appointment scheduling using Tracker dental software.
  • Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and professionally.
  • Maintain electronic medical records with precision, ensuring all patient information is up-to-date and confidential.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance verification, and managing patient records using Tracker or similar PMS.
  • Manage front desk operations including filing, correspondence, and maintaining a clean, organized reception area.
  • Support the dental team with inventory management of office supplies.

Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a dental office or medical office environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with Tracker dental software or similar, MaxAssist MaxAI and familiarity with dental terminology.
  • Strong office experience with handling multi-line phone systems and front desk operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients and team members.
  • Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of dental assisting procedures and basic clinical skills is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience with electronic medical records (EMRs) and administrative tasks enhances your candidacy.
