Turn Your Ambition Into a Career: Medical Aesthetics Sales with Revolution Medical

On-Site | Full-Time | Greater Toronto Area

Are you looking for excitement, challenge, and real career growth — not just another front desk or clinic sales job?

Revolution Medical is a medical aesthetics distribution company working with a growing network of partner clinic locations. We are expanding our sales team and looking for high-energy, career-driven professionals who want more: more growth, more opportunity, and more reward.

This role may include placement at one of our partner medical spa locations, where you will support client consultations, treatment sales, bookings, and revenue growth. At the same time, you will gain exposure to the medical device and aesthetic product side of the business, creating future opportunities in device sales, training, education, and business development.

Even if you are not yet an expert in aesthetics, we can train the right person. What matters most is ambition, intelligence, strong sales ability, and a genuine interest in beauty, wellness, and results.

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience with proven success in closing, prospecting, and relationship building.
  • Experience in medical aesthetics, cosmetic clinics, med spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, wellness, or hospitality is an asset.
  • Strong ability to sell full solutions, not just individual services.
  • Understanding of the sales cycle: follow-up, nurturing, consultation, closing, and following up.
  • Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable multitasking.
  • Able to work independently while also supporting a team.
  • Passion for aesthetics and ability to learn quickly.
  • Comfortable working with clients in person, by phone, by text, and online.
  • Interest in medical device sales, product education, and clinic business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct professional sales consultations for aesthetic treatments and service packages.
  • Support partner clinic locations with client conversion, bookings, and sales growth.
  • Manage inbound and outbound communication with clients and leads.
  • Follow up with prospects and existing clients to increase bookings and revenue.
  • Schedule and coordinate calendars for clinical teams.
  • Present treatment options, pricing, promotions, packages, and memberships.
  • Deliver a polished, friendly client experience in person, online, and by phone.
  • Process bookings, deposits, billing, and basic administrative tasks when required.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of treatments, devices, products, and services.
  • Support end-of-day reporting, lead tracking, and sales activity reporting.
  • Assist with medical device demonstrations, client education, and business development opportunities as needed.

What You Get — The Sky’s the Limit

At Revolution Medical, growth potential is real. This is an opportunity to enter the medical aesthetics industry from both sides: client-facing med spa sales and medical device distribution.

You’ll receive:

  • Competitive base salary.
  • Uncapped commission structure.
  • Opportunity to earn $150K+ for top performers.
  • Continuous training in aesthetic services, products, devices, and sales.
  • Exposure to medical device sales, clinic training, coaching, and business development.
  • Placement opportunities through our partner clinic network.
  • Growth path into device sales, education, leadership, or clinic sales management.
  • Team events, industry exposure, and a positive growth-focused environment.
  • Access to industry shows, training events, and educational opportunities.

If you love sales, beauty, wellness, and medical aesthetics — and you want a career, not just a job — this is where you can grow.
