Job Summary

Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Pharmacy Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will directly support patient care and medication management. In this vital role, you will assist licensed pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional service to patients. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable
  • Pharmacy technician experience or certification is preferred but not mandatory; training opportunities available for the right candidate
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and medication safety protocols
  • Excellent patient care skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Ability to accurately handle medication inventory and follow detailed instructions
  • Good organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping
  • Willingness to learn about medication administration processes and pharmacy operations
