Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, ensuring that products are packaged and processed efficiently. This position requires a strong commitment to quality and teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble kits according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring all required components are included and properly packaged.
  • Verify lot numbers, expiry dates, and labels for accuracy before sealing kits.
  • Operate efficiently to meet daily and weekly production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
  • Follow precise processing steps to minimize errors and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Conduct quality checks at each stage of the assembly process, immediately reporting any discrepancies or defective components.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure efficient workflow and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
  • Properly handle and store components to prevent damage or contamination.
  • Record and track production data accurately, including counts, batch information, and quality control results.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to resolve issues quickly and keep production on schedule.
  • Adhere to all health, safety, and PPE requirements, including proper handling of medical products.

Qualifications

  • High attention to detail with the ability to follow precise, step-by-step instructions.
  • Previous experience in assembly, packaging, or production (pharmaceutical, medical device, or similar industry preferred, but not required).
  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and commitment to meeting daily/weekly production targets.
  • Manual dexterity and ability to handle small components with care.
  • Basic math and reading comprehension for verifying lot numbers, expiry dates, and labels.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance.
  • Willingness to follow all health, safety, and PPE protocols.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Eligibility:
