We’re a full-service optometry practice that’s all about giving our patients top-notch eye care. We believe in creating personalized experiences by offering thorough examinations and a wide range of eyewear options.

We’re on the hunt for a friendly and enthusiastic Receptionist/Patient Technician to join our team. As our first point of contact, you’ll be the warm welcome to our patients, ensuring they feel right at home. You’ll also be the mastermind behind managing our administrative tasks, making sure everything runs smoothly. Your contributions will be crucial in helping us achieve our mission of providing outstanding eye care.

Here’s a detailed rundown of what you’ll be doing on the job:

  • Greeting and assisting patients as they arrive at the practice.
  • Scheduling appointments.
  • Handling patient inquiries on the phone and in person with a friendly and professional touch.
  • Maintaining patient records.
  • Processing payments and handling billing inquiries as needed.
  • Performing advanced diagnostic imaging, pre-testing, and speciality testing
  • Maintaining a clean and organized clinical space

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong commitment to patient experience and customer service excellence
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to multi‑task and adapt in a high‑volume clinical setting
  • Previous experience in an ophthalmic or medical practice preferred
