As our Treatment Coordinator is moving off the island, our privately owned clinic is looking for an experienced FT Dental Administrator to join our team!

Our ideal candidate;

* must have dental experience - as you will be working along side an Admin newer to the industry, and occasionally working on your own with 4-5 chairs

* has a Treatment / Hygiene Coordinator background

* enjoys interacting with patients & is proficient with scheduling

* is organized & detailed orientated

* is efficient with their time

* is a team player who can also confidently work independently

* possess an awesome attitude, with a caring, professional personality

Duties to include but not limited too;

* Answering the phone

* Scheduling appointments / Maintaining an efficient & productive schedule

* Processing checkouts, insurance claims, predeterminations (coming & going), and referrals

* Managing our Social Media presence (if interested)
