Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, people oriented and team player Dental Receptionist to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing appointments, patient records, and administrative tasks with efficiency and a friendly demeanor. Prior experience in dental office settings is a MUST, and knowing Tracker software is a high value advantage. The Dental Receptionist will utilize skills in office management, multi-line phone systems, and dental terminology to support the clinical team and enhance patient experience.

Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out procedures
  • Schedule efficiently, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using Tracker software
  • Handle multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, direct calls, and manage appointment reminders
  • Verify insurance information and perform billing processes
  • Collect payments and process transactions efficiently
  • Assist with administrative duties including filing, faxing, and correspondence
  • Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow throughout the day

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
