Pacific One Dental and Brickyard Dental Clinic are looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Receptionist / Administrative Coordinator to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing an exceptional patient experience, works well within a team, and is confident managing the day-to-day responsibilities of a busy dental office.

The Role

As a Dental Receptionist / Administrative Coordinator, you will be an important part of our front-office team. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming experience for our patients while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the practice.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and welcoming patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answering phones, responding to patient inquiries, and managing communications
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Managing recalls, reactivation, and unscheduled treatment opportunities
  • Coordinating new patient intake and maintaining accurate patient records
  • Processing payments, insurance claims, and account inquiries
  • Reviewing treatment plans and assisting patients with scheduling and financial arrangements
  • Coordinating communication between patients, dentists, hygienists, and the clinical team
  • Maintaining an organized and efficient reception area
  • Assisting with daily administrative and operational tasks
  • Following office systems and contributing to a positive and efficient workplace
  • Providing outstanding customer service throughout the patient journey
