Hello fellow Dental Assistant,

I'm Kristy, the lead dental assistant at Centrum Dental. We are a strong team of assistants and we are looking for a special someone to join our cohesive and helpful group. We love what we do, and feel blessed to have loyal patients that trust us, bosses who respect us, and team members who are supportive and look out for one another.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Level II Dental Assistant, new grads are welcome. We love working as a team and learning from one another and want to find a Dental Assistant who would enjoy being part of such a team. We are looking for a Level II Dental Assistant who has what it takes to work in a high-tech (chartless office with Abeldent and Dexis) high-paced office and is driven to reach their potential.

This position involves a ton of mentoring and training. We push one another to grow and give our absolute best to our patients with excellence, ethics and professionalism being our cornerstones. We also do many things to give back and enrich our community, whether it be food drives, donations to local charities or doing pro bono dentistry.

Full-time position compensation is 25.00 to 31.00$/hour, depending on experience, plus many benefits including: Medical Benefits, Dental Benefits, Vacation Pay, Sick Day Pay, Disability insurance, Uniform allowance, professional development, Free parking, performance-based incentives, and 25+ CE credits per year! When factoring in the many benefits, true pay in the range of 34.00-40.00$/hour!

Other: Life Coaches to help you grow everyday, biweekly group learning sessions, uniform allowance, paid sick days, and office-sponsored continuing education.

Schedule involves 2 morning shifts (7:30am-4:30pm), 2 afternoon shifts (11:30am-7:30pm), Fridays (8:00am- 2:30pm) and occasional Saturdays (9am-3pm).
