Riverlakes Physiotherapy is seeking a local, professional, personable Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our clinic 20 hours per week

About Us:

We are a well-established, locally owned interdisciplinary clinic in Fall River with over 13 years of service and a 5-star reputation. We provide a range of services, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, massage, acupuncture, kinesiology, and pedorthist services. We pride ourselves on a culture of excellence, using leading-edge techniques to achieve outstanding patient results while maintaining a supportive and welcoming environment for both our staff and clients.

The Role:

As a key member of our administrative team, your interpersonal skills and organizational expertise will be critical to the smooth operation of our 1,800-sq-ft clinic. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, managing bookings and handling daily administrative tasks such as billing, A/R in a professional, fast paced environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a candidate who is local to the Fall River area, with admin and billing experience. Someone who pays attention to details, is reliable, has excellent follow up skills and is committed to providing a customer-focused experience. You should have strong communication skills, an ability to work collaboratively with clients, clinical staff, and insurers.
