Full job description

Overhead Door of Nova Scotia Ltd., is an established family owned business incorporated in 1956 and located in Dartmouth, NS. We provide a wide range of garage doors, accessories and service to both residential and commercial customers within Nova Scotia. We are looking for a versatile individual to join our team.

Responsibilities

· Coordinate and dispatch service calls to technicians

· Perform invoicing for both sales and service

· Collection of accounts receivable

· Customer service to both in person and phone customers

· Maintaining filing systems

· Assist with sales processing for our sales team

· Other accounting and office administration tasks as assigned

Requirements

· Completed post secondary education in business administration with a focus on office administration and/or accounting.

· Possess excellent time management and organization skills

· Well developed computer skills including knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite of products

· Thrive on detailed processes, organization and documentation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
